Using LineShift Sports

These terms govern your use of LineShift Sports at lineshiftsports.com and its application previews. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including any higher legal gambling age if you independently choose to wager elsewhere.

Sports research

LineShift is an information service and does not accept wagers. Our Information Disclaimer explains prediction, probability and data limitations and forms part of these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Membership access is for your personal use. Do not share accounts, resell restricted research, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or use automated requests that disrupt it. You may not copy or redistribute content beyond permissions granted by its rights holder or applicable law.

Current preview status

Real subscription purchases are not enabled in the current preview. Any separately enabled Stripe sandbox flow is a test and cannot start a real paid subscription. Do not enter real payment details in a sandbox. The subscription provisions below describe the intended offer when live purchasing is separately made available; browsing this preview does not start a trial or create a charge.

Prices and renewal

Planned prices are Basic: $9.99 USD per month or $99.90 USD per year; Premium: $24.99 USD per month or $249.90 USD per year. Applicable taxes, if any, must be disclosed at checkout. Annual plans are billed upfront for a full year and renew yearly; the annual discount equals two monthly payments. Monthly plans renew monthly. Your selected plan, included features, price, billing interval and renewal terms must be shown before purchase.

Free trial and billing consent

An eligible first subscription is intended to include a 7-day trial requiring a card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically to the selected paid plan. The exact first-charge date, amount and cancellation route must be disclosed before confirmation. Returning subscribers may not qualify for another trial. No charge is authorized merely by viewing a plan or using a calculator. Stripe will handle hosted payment entry when enabled.

Cancellation and refunds

When subscriptions are enabled, cancel through the subscription-management option in your account before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access through the paid period. If you cannot access cancellation, email contact@lineshiftsports.com promptly. Keep your cancellation confirmation. Uninstalling an app, signing out or not using the service does not cancel a subscription.

Payments are non-refundable, including unused time, partial periods and renewals, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. This policy does not waive mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights, including remedies for unauthorized or incorrect charges. Contact support about a billing error.

Availability, changes and suspension

Sports coverage and features depend on available sources and may be delayed or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or every statistic, quote or qualifying ticket. Clearly labeled planned features are not currently included unless the purchase offer expressly says otherwise. Material paid-plan or price changes will be communicated as required by law before applying to you. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements; applicable paid-customer rights remain in effect.

Content rights

LineShift branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights and terms; see the affiliation and ownership information in our Information Disclaimer.

Service limitations and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a warranty that information is complete, accurate or fit for a particular betting or financial decision. You are responsible for your independent decisions. To the extent permitted by law, LineShift is not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the service. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

Privacy, updates and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. We may revise these terms and will post the updated date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
