LINESHIFT / HELP CENTER
Schedules, scores, standings, published player statistics and matchup research across eleven sports. Available information varies by sport, season and source. Missing data stays labeled rather than being filled with invented statistics.
They appear automatically after our connected data source publishes them and LineShift successfully retrieves the update. We cannot promise they will appear in the same minute. Coverage and timing differ by sport and type of information.
Some visible score panels check every 30 seconds. On a continuously running host with automatic feed refresh configured, current score and event feeds are checked about every three minutes, with longer waits after a failure. Other pages check when opened or refreshed and may reuse a recent source response. These intervals are check schedules, not promises of instant odds or statistics.
It shows when LineShift last successfully retrieved that source response. The source’s information may be older. It does not mean a game, injury report or sportsbook line was first published or changed at that moment. Check the game date and any published date too.
The source may not have published it yet, may not cover that sport or category, or may be temporarily unavailable. We show an unavailable message instead of inventing a score, price or statistic. A ready feed with no games does not prove a season is over.
Check the displayed date and update time, then use the panel’s Refresh button where available or reload the page. A stale label means the latest check failed and an older successful snapshot is being shown. If the problem continues, email contact@lineshiftsports.comwith the sport, game and page address. A private Codespace preview can stop updating when its environment sleeps; continuous updates require the website and refresh service to remain running.
It is the numerical difference between our experimental spread and a matching sportsbook spread. It does not establish that the sportsbook is wrong. Our model has not demonstrated an advantage over market lines. No odds or prediction guarantees a result.
LineShift projections are displayed to the nearest half-point. Sportsbook spreads stay as published, and the difference uses those two displayed numbers. One free example may appear on the homepage; the full comparison list requires Premium membership. If no verified example is available, we say so instead of showing a sample quote.
Explore Premium comparisons →Yes, when the automatic model worker is configured. It checks NFL model sources about every 15 minutes and records a new revision when supported inputs change. An unchanged estimate is a valid result; sportsbook price movement alone does not force our model to move. Previous versions stay available in the projection history.
This version uses team efficiency, opponent strength, scoring form, rest and venue. Injury reports, confirmed starters, weather and coaching changes are not yet included. New revisions stop five minutes before kickoff. Original one-hour research forecasts remain separate for evaluation. If no worker check has been recorded or a check is overdue, the comparison says so.
A separate experimental watchlist of fifteen eligible college teams outside the published AP Top 25, with LineShift positions 26–40. It requires Premium membership. It is not an official AP ranking or a promise of winning. College football and men’s and women’s college basketball have separate lists. We withhold a list when current information or eligible-team samples are incomplete.
